What is Tapping?

Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a powerful holistic healing technique that has been proven to effectively resolve a range of issues. It is based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.

The basic Tapping technique requires you to focus on a negative emotion at hand - a fear, a worry, a bad memory, an unresolved problem, or anything that's bothering you. While maintaining your mental focus on this issue, you use your fingertips to tap 5-7 times on 9 specific meridian points of the body.

Tapping on these meridian endpoints, while verbally or mentally addressing the root cause of distress, sends a calming signal from the body to the brain, allowing you to feel relaxed and in control.

How Does it Work?

Tapping makes full use of the mind-body connection, acknowledging and integrating the concepts that physical pain, disease, and mental wellbeing are intricately connected to our emotional states.

When we tap with the fingertips on specific meridian endpoints of the body, while focusing on negative emotions or physical sensations, both the brain's limbic system and the body's energy system are engaged, encouraging a sense of safety and resolution.

Through tapping, we're able to calm the nervous system, rewire the brain to respond in healthier ways, and restore the body's balance of energy.

I’ve been using EFT on my own for a while, but THIS is a life changing experience. Effects are immediate and results happen fast. You will see things manifesting and changing quickly. Plus the choice of topics is amazing. I really love it.

ive been looking for a good app to help giuding when pratacing eft on my own. I was was first introduce to tapping through my therapist but i have a hard time practicing this on my own. I suffer from anxiety and also bfrb. Eft is an over all great self care pactrace. Happy this app is avaible you can choose to pay for the app and unlock more of the videos. But they offer a good amount of free videos. Im currently using this option but maybe in the future may invest in a paid month.
